Salah seorang penghuni unit tersebut telah menjolok lubang paip dari unit X1/5-A dan menyebabkan penutup 'cap' paip telah tercabut dan berlaku limpahan air kumbahan terus ke bahagian koridor di hadapan unit kedai terbabit.
Pihak penyelenggaran telah menegur penghuni tersebut agar jangan membuat tindakan sedemikian kerana tindakan tersebut hanya akan mengeruhkan lagi keadaan. Segera hubungi pihak penyelenggara untuk kerja-kerja pembaikan.
Setelah siasatan dibuat pihak penyelenggara mencadangkan agar memanggil kontraktor untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut.
Status: SELESAI.
Laporan Pihak kontraktor:-
To provide labor, tools to open up the effected house / shop lot floor trap, main hole covers and use the high-pressure water jetter to clear all the harden grease/ debris which suspected in the PVC pipelines to the main hole.
The clearing, cleaning and servicing of the effected UPVC piping and mainhole was sucessfully done.
We found that the clogged are mainly due to the hair, harden grease and debris (sponge) in effected UPVC pipe.

Pihak penghuni dinasihatkan supaya lebih bertanggung jawab di masa hadapan. Pastikan, rambut, tuala wanita, sampah dan bendaasing jangan dibuang di dalam lubang tandas ataupun di lubang floortrap (penutup lubang lantai). Jika tidak sumbatan tersebut pasti akan berlaku lagi. Sila buang sampah di tempat yang sepatutnya.
